Personal Training Director (GREENVILLE)*

Job Summary

  • Works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the personal training, group training, and class programming within club location including sales and financial performance, human resource management and training, program development, and client experience.

General Accountabilities

  • Manages and grows existing accounts.
  • Sells additional services to clients.
  • Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.
  • Handles queries about company products and services.
  • Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products and services.
  • Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business.
  • Provides customer service to business partners.
  • Educates business partners and end users on company products and services.
  • Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners.
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • License: Certified Personal Trainer and/or fitness degree
